This exceptional rum from the Andes in Ecuador is made from sugar cane, which grows over 2,000 meters above sea level. It is distilled in copper kettles and aged for 7 years in white oak barrels with no added sugar. The Ron Canuto 7Y Highland Rum presents itself with a strong brown tone and smells slightly of vanilla and caramel and pleasantly of berry fruits with a hint of beech. Thanks to its soft taste of vanilla and caramel and its distinctive finish it convinces all along the line.
