Rum from Trinidad and Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago is an island state in the Caribbean, which is only a few kilometres away from Venezuela. Lonely beaches and picturesque bays with turquoise water are the trademarks of these islands. Nevertheless, Trinidad and Tobago has been spared from mass tourism until today and is considered more a rough diamond than a dream destination of the Caribbean. The climate is tropical with an average temperature of 28 degrees Celsius, which has a positive effect on the cultivation of sugar cane, the main ingredient of rum.
