Old Williams Selection

Old Williams Selection stands for an exclusive brand from Psenner. Thus for its production special attention is paid to the quality of the used fruits. Only the most exquisite pears, which grow in the orchards of the Psenner family, are processed to mash. Afterwards the mash is fermented at exactly defined temperatures to achieve the highest quality level. The subsequent two-year maturing process gives the Old Williams Selection its elegant and mild character.
