Product No.:
In reference to the poem "To a mouse" by the most famous poet in Scotland Robert Burns, this whiskey got its name Timorous Beastie and is an ode to the Scottish highlands. Therefore, only single malts from Highland distilleries such as Blair Athol, Glen Garioch, The Dalmore and Glengoyne are used for this blend.

Typical aromas of Scottish heather and wild mountain honey combine perfectly with the warm notes of fine wood and spices to create a great highlander. The real character of the Highland malts can be found in this blended malt Scotch whiskey. Among others, distillation was carried out at Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Glengoyne distilleries. On the palate, the whiskey appears spicy, soft and fruity with sugar and fudge as well as raisins. Its sweet aromas of barley and spicy honey come into play as soon as the glass is served. As in most Douglas Laing whiskeys, the Blended Malt comes without cooling filtration and without color bursts. Real Douglas Laing whiskey.

Origin: Scotland / Alc. 46.8% / vol. 70cl
