The delicate Grappa Barrique Riserva from the house of Psenner is made from the marc of the Vernatsch, Blauburgunder and Gewürztraminer wines produced in South Tyrol. The ingredients are carefully selected and gently distilled in copper stills. Afterwards the Grappa Barrique Riserva rests for one year in stainless steel tanks. In addition, refinement takes place in selected barrique barrels made of French oak.
In the nose the Grappa Barrique Riserva convinces with floral notes and citrus fruits, which are rounded off with a hint of spices and liquorice. On the palate, the Grappa Barrique Riserva is intense in taste, but always remains balanced and pure.
The Grappa Barrique Riserva has received several awards.
