This unique gin from the Entlebuch was awarded as the best Swiss London Dry Gin at the World Gin Awards 2018. It is created from 27 botanicals, of which 14 originate from fields, meadows, moors and mountains of the Entlebuch. The other 13 botanicals are also of the highest quality and organic origin. The distillation in the copper kettle is done by the regional distiller, who works only with pure alpine water and wood fire. The smell of the Edelwhite Gin reminds of delicate juniper, followed by fresh citrus notes and light floral nuances. On the palate you can taste vibrating citrus fruits, refined with pine trees, delicate herbs and flowers, followed by strong spiciness and some grassy fresh nuances. The medium-long finish captivates with a persistently imposing, peppery ginger note.
