Basilisk Old Tom Gin

The Basilisk Old Tom Gin is sweetened with birch sugar after distillation, which gives it a light sweetness without becoming sticky. The Basilisk Old Tom contains many spices used in the Basel cuisine such as cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and is thus reminding on the legendary Basel Läckerli. Its balanced aroma and slightly lower alcohol content make it ideal for gin beginners. The Basilisk Old Tom Gin can be drunk pure or mixed with tonic or ginger beer.
