Buying gift vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased like normal articles. Once you have purchased a voucher and we have verified the payment, we will write the corresponding credit to your account. The credit will be confirmed to you by e-mail. Now you can send the desired amount by e-mail via the link "Send voucher" from your customer account.

How to send vouchers

To send a voucher from your customer account, please click on the link "Send voucher" in the shopping cart. For this we need the following information: First and last name of the recipient, a valid email address, the desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit) and a short message to the recipient. Please check your information once again before sending. You have the possibility to correct your information at any time before sending.

Shopping with vouchers

Once you have received a voucher by email, you can use it to pay for your order. Please proceed as follows:  

  1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option to open a new account.
  2. Select the products you want and put them in the shopping cart.
  3. During the payment process you can enter your voucher code and the corresponding credit will be charged. 

If the credit is less than the value of the goods you must choose your preferred payment method for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of goods, the remaining credit is of course available for your next order.

Troubleshooting

Should there be any problems with a voucher, please contact us by e-mail: contact[at]exclusivebottle.com. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible. Important details are among others: Your customer number, the voucher code, error messages from the system and the browser you are using.
