For the production of the fine Vieille Poire Williams "Réserve Baron Louis" our cellar master uses the delicate Williams. To mature optimally, the highly aromatic part of the noble brandy is stored for a long time in the cellar. After its perfect aging, a slight bonification takes place, which harmoniously rounds off the Vieille Poire Williams. This carefully produced, exquisite pear specialty is a veritable Studer invention. First launched in 1991, it is only available in limited quantities each year.
