PIZ 47 Dry Gin

The PIZ 47 Dry Gin is distilled in a specially built liquefaction plant by the South Tyrolean manufacturer Psenner. The small still (300 litres) has a basket which is hung in the flask of the still. All the aromas of the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian root, lemon peel, orange peel, cinnamon sticks and cloves) are extracted by the rising alcoholic vapours. The macerate in the kettle itself contains currants. Pure wheat alcohol is used to spirit all these botanicals. The PIZ 47 Dry Gin is only lightly filtered, which preserves its high fullness.

This unique gin convinces with balanced aromas of juniper, coriander, currants. The lemon note provides the necessary freshness. The PIZ 47 Dry Gin goes well with tart, rather bitter tonic-waters.
