Julian Haswell's humble opinion is that the three most important ingredients to make a classic London Dry Gin are juniper berries, angelica and coriander seeds. From this base point, his aim was to create an "outrageously citrusy" gin with the taste of sweet and bitter oranges, containing only a hint of lemon.
